DASH Express Car Wash

Worst car wash ever. It caused damaged to my car causing the whole bumper to be completely ripped off! They denied the claim and said it was because the corner of my bumper “was sticking out” when I had been to other car washes plenty of times before and have never had any issues. They stated they would submit a claim and that the manager would get back to me the next day. He never did I had to go in person almost a week later to get an update and that’s when they told me I would get a call by “ tomorrow”. Not only that when your vehicle comes out of the car wash it always leaves your side mirrors flipped back and from the looks of the other 1 star reviews it looks like I’m not the only one that has had damage to there car. Save your money and time and go else where!

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Has me very upset that the employees park their personal vehicle in the disabled parking while they are there for hours visiting on their off day. Not only parked there, but no disabled symbols displayed. Should be ashamed of yourself!!! Looking to change my membership after this.

I would recommend staying far away from this place. I took my vehicle through this wash with the expectation of a clean vehicle but instead my vehicle was damaged causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my driver mirror. Their employee placed me way too close to the vehicle ahead of me not giving the brushes time to reset damaging my mirror. I received an email two days later saying they won’t cover the mirror because my truck is 5 years old and mirrors aren’t covered for damage per their “liability sign”. I would understand if this was a prior damage issue or truly an age issue but my truck was damaged due to an employee mistake and improper operation and now I’m stuck paying for damage. I frequently take this truck for car washes at other washes and have never had an issue. I will be filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney Generals Office for review.

I have NO idea how this place is rated so high lol. Easily the worst car wash I’ve ever had. Had a ton of bug spots on the front of my truck. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I don’t know that it removed a single spot. Photo shows my front bumper AFTER I went through. My mirrors and windows still had soap on them when I was done, and the water spots on my windows were still dirty. I noticed as I went through there was very little water being used, so that makes sense. I went in to ask for a refund, and the two young employees working were extremely friendly and apologetic, however they said the person who can issue refunds wasn’t there that day, so they took my name and number and stapled it to a receipt. I waited more than 24 hours, and still haven’t heard from them. I apologized for being ‘that guy’ asking for a refund, and the employee told me ‘don’t worry, it happens all the time!’… which again has me curious how the rating is so high here, and why your employees can’t handle refunds if it happens that often…

Stopped by Dash Car Wash today and had a fantastic experience. The place is extremely clean, well organized, and you can tell they take pride in the whole operation. Even the towels smelled fresh, which is a small detail but really shows how well they maintain everything. The manager Leo was especially helpful. He walked us through the kiosk, answered our questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. Customer service like that really stands out. If you're looking for a car wash that is friendly, efficient, and well run, this location is definitely worth stopping at. Clean truck, friendly people, and great service — that’s a win in my book. We’ll definitely be back!
